Our story
Oh My Dog started with a simple frustration: too much of what we buy for our dogs is made to be replaced. A leash that frays in a month. A bed that flattens by the second wash. A toy that lasts one afternoon. We wanted well-made everyday gear for dogs — pieces chosen carefully, built to survive a real dog, and priced so that choosing well isn't a luxury.
How we choose
Every item in our catalog goes through the same three questions. Does it do its job better than what most dog owners already own? Will it hold up to daily use, weather, teeth, and the washing machine? Would we put it on our own dogs?
If the answer to any of those is no, it doesn't make the shelf. That's why our catalog is smaller than most pet stores — and why we can stand behind everything in it.
What you can expect
- Honest descriptions. We tell you what something is made of, what size dog it actually fits, and what it isn't good for. If a toy isn't built for a determined chewer, we say so on the product page.
- Fair pricing. No inflated list price crossed out to fake a discount.
- Real support. A person reads every message that comes to support@ohmydog.store — including the ones that are really just "which size for a 60 lb dog?"
- A 30-day window. If it isn't right, send it back. Details on our Refund Policy page.
A note on your dog's health
We sell everyday supplies — collars, harnesses, leashes, beds, bowls, toys, grooming tools and accessories. Nothing we sell is a medical or veterinary device, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. For anything to do with your dog's health, diet, or behavior, talk to a licensed veterinarian. Please supervise your dog with any toy or chew, and replace it once it starts to come apart.
