Before you write
A few things we get asked a lot — sizing, shipping times, returns — are already answered on our FAQ page, and if you're checking on a delivery, our order tracking page is the fastest route.
Sizing questions
If you're writing about fit, tell us your dog's breed or approximate weight, plus the neck and chest measurements if you have them. That's usually enough for us to recommend a size on the first reply.
What we can't help with
We're a pet supply store, not a veterinary practice. We can't diagnose, treat, or advise on your dog's health, diet, or behavior — please take those questions to a licensed veterinarian.
